buzz bne countdown!

buzz is getting so excited! details are being finalised and we are launching in the first week of november. yep- that is next week!
it is time to start getting the word out and telling your friends.
it is time to block time out in your diary every tuesday afternoon and every friday morning from now on, so you can get your buzz on!
next week our first run/walk will start at the southbank side of the goodwill bridge. be there, ready to head off at 6pm sharp- plenty of time to get there after work! closer to the time we will post a route on the blog (and also the location of post-workout drink spots for those so inclined!) so you can see that we mean it when we say that all abilities are welcome. there will be 2 routes- pick your poison! if you want to run it out or if you're up to a walk there will be a way for you to find your buzz.
if riding is more your thing or if you want to add some wheels to your pedestrian routine, our first ride will be friday morning, 4th november, departing 6am from the same location at the southbank side of the goodwill bridge. again, closer to the time we will post 2 routes and the post ride coffee location. if you're a leisure rider on a deadly treadlie or a lycra clad roadie there will be a buzz route for you.
for each of the events all you need is $2 and a smile.
